  To Adocann,& Jruss, I appreciate your responses and I would like to elaborate on the points you have made. Just like with any parent we need to address the causes of this condition.   To jruss, thank you for your comments. to piggyback on this article in the world view and how it will make an immediate impact of things that will follow is the brazen actions Delphi and General Motors will have on working families.
