Also I think Scorp is making a rather poor logical leap by saying a loyalty oath is somehow analogous to the purchase of a ticket. The loyalty oath is speech. Its composed of words and sentiments and positions and all that stuff. Cash is not speech. No relevance to the 1st Amendment there.
